Lia's Story

Living with a bladder that does not work properly has been painful and isolating. From the age of 18 I have faced retention, spasms and the daily reality of self-catherising. But the hardest part was the feeling that no one truly understood my struggles. The Broken Bladder Society was born from that loneliness - a place where people like us feel seen, understood and supported. My personal struggle has grown into a community built on compassion and the belief that no one should face this journey alone.

'Bladder health deserves a voice'

What drives our society

We are driven by the belief that no one should face bladder problems alone. We exist to raise awareness, start the conversation and break the stigma around bladder conditions.
